Gillis Family Farm Devious, yearling first freshener (preference and discount to performance home)
$500 I absolutely love Devious, she's long and level, and stays so level on the move! Her udder is looking very much like her dam's which makes me very excited. She has excellent teat length and a nice medial. She would absolutely be staying here if we were not moving, but my list to squish in our trailer is much too long and i can repeat this cross via AI. preference to a performance home where she can shine. ** Almost every goat on our farm has a price we would be willing to sell them for, or we have a wait list for when they no longer have a spot in our breeding program. If you see a goat you would really like, feel free to send us a reasonable offer and we will consider it. We are also happy to place you on a wait list for a particular animal as well! **
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold any animal. Buyer is responsible for arranging transportation. Buyer is also responsible for all transportation costs and veterinary costs to transport out of the state of Washington (health certificate, TB test, etc.) It is $25 to be put on our wait list (free for wethers), however we do require a deposit once the kids are born or the adult is made available. Deposits are required within 24 hours of notification, otherwise we will move on to the next person on the wait list or will begin advertising the available animal. We will not allow an animal to leave without payment in full. Once an animal is ready to leave, buyer has 15 days to pick up or have transport pick up the animal. If you need longer, arrangements must be made ahead of the 15 days. If an animal stays past the 15 days we will charge board on the animal. If the animal is not paid in full and picked up within 30 days (unless prior arrangements were made) you will forfeit your deposit and the animal it was placed on. Pet quality animals begin at $150. Registered does begin at $500 and bucks at $400. We will not sell individual goats to homes without goats. You must purchase 2 goats if you do not already have goats. For the safety of the animal and people around it, we will not leave any goat horned. We are happy to offer 4H discounts to active members in dairy goat 4H. Please contact us on facebook or at gillisc@live.com for more information or to be placed on our wait list.
